Executive Summary

The purpose of this final report is to investigate problems and areas of opportunity related to the project, to improve factors such as cost, schedule, productivity, and worker safety. Three technical analyses are conducted involving the modularization of the building’s bathroom units, the installation of submeters to track energy usage, and the implementation of a prefabricated brick façade system. Additionally, research regarding the strategies being used to help worker safety and productivity in hot and humid weather are investigated.
